Jaclyn Edwards

B.PHTY – Physiotherapist

Jaclyn is a Burdekin local, born and bred in Home Hill before moving to Ayr. She studied at James Cook University in Townsville, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014. She took up her new grad position at First In Physio and has made herself at home within the First In Physio team, enjoying living back home in Ayr.
Jaclyn has a special interest in treating women’s health conditions, including pelvic floor issues across the lifespan – from pre-pregnancy, to post-partum and beyond. She is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor, and enjoys teaching beginner and intermediate Pilates classes at the clinic.
Jacyln is a keen netballer and continues to be involved in the local netball competition. She also loves Extend Barre and Pilates classes to keep herself fit. Her other passion is travel, especially to anywhere involving snow and snowboarding.
Jacyln is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
